Nexus Cargo is a demonstration website. This page describes the implemented prototype, not a final privacy policy for an operating freight company. A verified operator identity and privacy contact have not yet been supplied.
02 / FORMS & ROUTE BRIEFS
The current enquiry forms create local previews in browser memory. The application does not send the submitted form fields to an inbox or save them in an application database. Refreshing the page clears the application state. Browser autofill and browser history are controlled by your browser. Use sample information and avoid confidential cargo or personal details.
03 / LINKS & BROWSER HISTORY
Route-planning links may include origin, destination and service choices in the URL. URLs can appear in browser history and hosting request logs, and travel with a link you share. Do not put private addresses or sensitive shipment details in route links.
04 / HOSTING & TECHNICAL DATA
The public prototype is hosted on Vercel. Loading a website involves network requests and may involve technical data such as IP addresses and request information in hosting systems. The local-only form behaviour does not mean that visiting the website is anonymous. Hosting retention and account settings have not been independently verified for this project.

05 / COOKIES & PERSISTENCE
The inspected application code does not add advertising trackers or use localStorage, sessionStorage or application cookies for the demo forms. This is not a promise about all browser, hosting or future integration behaviour. Changes to analytics, accounts or form delivery require this notice to be reviewed.
06 / BEFORE PUBLIC BUSINESS USE
The owner must confirm the operator identity, privacy contact, purposes of processing, recipients, retention and applicable rights before collecting real enquiries. This draft is not a substitute for a policy reviewed for the actual business and applicable requirements.
